Meet Cody Leaver, Salesforce Administrator

On this Memorial Day, we want to thank Cody Leaver, our Salesforce Administrator, for his service.??

Cody's unique story brought him to Salesforce when he joined the United States Navy after graduating high school. "My interest in technology started when I was assigned to learn and work on the computer systems in a submarine,” he says.??

While on active duty, Cody spent five years attached to a submarine command and four years working at the Navy Recruiting Command in Nashville. He retired from active duty in April of 2023 but remains in the Navy Reserve.???

“During my time in the Navy, I attended American Military University and obtained my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Management. I fell in love with Salesforce while working within Navy recruiting and turned my focus on becoming a Salesforce professional," he says.??

Cody has earned both the Salesforce Administrator and CompTIA security+ certifications. His ultimate goal is to become a certified Salesforce Architect.?

He joined Anvil App Works as a full-time Salesforce Administrator in April. Cody has made an immediate impact on the business by becoming the go-to guy for completing customer work orders, answering technical questions and troubleshooting issues.??

"I like to be able to make things work how I want them to and make things easier for everyone, with Anvil’s company culture I am able to do that,” he adds.???

Cody is driven in everything he does, and we are so happy to have him as a part of the Anvil team. “Motivation to succeed is the most important trait to have. My motivation includes having a desire to work, and enjoyment in both what I’m doing, and the company I work for” he says.??
