Stavroff plans another Dublin development: An interesting follow-up to last week’s cover story emerged this week: Stavroff Land & Development, a firm that’s currently suing the city of Dublin over its denial of a project , has filed plans for another project in the city. Dubbed Irish Village, the development aims to bring services and amenities to the area while enhancing and completing the "Gateway to Ballantrae" vision found in the Dublin Community Plan, according to an application the company submitted to the city.
? $40 million industrial project planned in Johnstown: A local development partnership is planning a $40 million industrial project in Johnstown. Jim Havens of Havens Limited and Rudolph Investment has partnered with JLL's Brian Marsh on a new development called the U.S. 62 Logistics Center. The 20-acre property is located at 11850 Duncan Plains Road NW on the city's southwest side.

Lucky’s Market will open its new Victorian Village store next month.
The wait for a grocer to return to the neighborhood will end on May 17, the Cleveland-based company said.
The 21,000-square-foot market has been in the works?since 2022 , when Lucky's joined Casto’s redevelopment of Thurber Village, a site that previously had a Giant Eagle store as well as other tenants.
