Tamta Lomtadze is an International Relations Specialist and Project Management

Professional (PMP) with over a decade of experience in high-impact programs and strategic

initiatives across top-notch Georgian and international organizations, think tanks, and the

civil service. As a Senior Manager, she has successfully led programs/projects in international

development, European integration, strategic communications, and capacity-building, while

also forging strategic partnerships across sectors.

Tamta is a Chevening alumna with an MSc in International Relations degree from the

University of Glasgow. She has also completed international programs, including the Warsaw

Euro-Atlantic Summer Academy (WEASA) at the College of Europe Natolin (2019, 2021),

the LEADx Advanced International Leadership Program by the Fletcher School of Tufts

University, and the National Security and Public Policy course.

Currently, Tamta is a Visiting Lecturer at Tbilisi State University’s BA International Relations

program, where she delivers an engaging course designed to equip students with cutting-

edge knowledge, research insights, and advanced study materials. Beyond academia, she is

an active speaker, mentor, and consultant, delivering lectures and bringing her expertise to

various professional and academic settings.
