Inspiring new documentary on sustainable dining in the works
We’re excited to announce a new collaboration with Zinc Media Group to create a thought-provoking series, ‘The Global Guide to Sustainable Dining’. The documentary will take viewers on an inspiring journey through the world of sustainable dining. From farm-to-table concepts and zero-waste kitchens to building community engagement and supporting local producers, the series aims to showcase how these establishments prioritise ethical sourcing, embrace renewable resources, find innovative ways to minimise waste and reduce their ecological footprint, all without compromising quality or taste.
The series will include interviews with influential figures from the world of gastronomy, environmental experts and celebrated chefs. Their expertise and experiences will provide valuable insights into how the food industry can shift towards a more sustainable future. ‘The Global Guide to Sustainable Dining’ is a call to action for restaurants, chefs and food lovers. Starting from World Food Day 2023, exclusive episodes will be available on The Sustainable Restaurant Association’s website and social media platforms.
