Meet the Brown & Newirth? Team: Introducing Sarah ??

Q1. What is your most memorable work moment?

"So, I opened my first store when I was 21, and we made it into the Sunday Times newspaper!"

Q2. Do you have any hidden talents?

"I'm totally into baking, and I can make jewellery too!" ??

?

Q3. If you could design a piece of jewellery inspired by your favourite movie or tv show, what would it look like?

"The most gigantic morganite ring you've ever laid eyes on for the movie 'Pretty in Pink!' Whenever I spot her rocking that pink dress, I can't help but picture her accessorised with some stunning morganite ring." ????

?

Q4. If you could invent a new holiday, what would it celebrate and how would people celebrate it?

"Imagine if there was this special day called "Mother-Daughter Day Off" where all mums and their daughters could kick back and chill together, no chores, no cooking—just pure self-care day." ?????

?

Q5. Tell me about a compliment you’ve received that you’re most proud of??

"I got this awesome shoutout on Saturday at a wedding event for a store! I was hustling with back-to-back appointments, and the retailer was like, 'You brought your A-Game today!' Then, at the store, they were super grateful, saying, "Thanks a ton! Every single appointment ended up successful."

?

Q6. What's the silliest thing you believed as a child?

"So, my mom told me that the Christmas gravy is made from the turkey's, uh, willy! ?? I steered clear of that gravy like it was contagious! It wasn't until I was 35, and my mother-in-law made gravy, that I realised it was actually made from the turkey's neck. Talk about a relief!."?

?

Q7. How did you get into the world of Jewellery??

"Back in school, my first job was at Harrods, working as a buyer's assistant, and I absolutely loved it! Meanwhile, one of my friends was working on the jewellery floor, so I was always surrounded by jewellery. Then later snagged a job at Butler and Wilson, which was an awesome fashion jewellery brand at Selfridges. And then, my mum and I decided to take the plunge into the business world and open our very own store!" ??

Q8. What’s the one thing that has made you smile recently??

"For me, it's got to be my man—he's always got me cracking up!" ??

And of course, a gorgeous personality to match her worth ethic. X
