Meet Bradley Kelly, E2’s New Business Development Manager
We sat down with Bradley Kelly , E2’s new Business Development Manager to give us insights about his new role and how he plans to bring efficiencies to E2’s customers and partners.

With 15+ years of experience in business development in tech,? Brad brings extensive acumen in developing relationships through a consultative approach coupled with a strong ability to work closely and help his clients achieve their goals.?
As part of our Growth team, Brad will be instrumental in the rollout of E2’s B2B endeavours.?
E2 Interviewer: You come from SAP and Enterprise market segment. How did you first become acquainted with the idea of Edtech and digital learning?
Bradley:
My previous roles have been a combination of both digital marketing for education and selling SaaS relevant to learning, so I’ve always had a “flavour” for what the Edtech and digital learning landscape entailed.?
Now at E2, I am able to capitalise on my past experiences and take advantage of having the best of both worlds. I have always tried to keep up with advances in Edtech as I am genuinely interested in the manner in which it is bridging the gap between offline and online course delivery.
E2 Interviewer: As an Enterprise Business Professional, what did you learn from selling Software as Service solutions?
Bradley:
My key learning is that customer success comes from being thorough with the client's challenges and initiatives and not simply selling the benefits of a solution. While technology is a rapidly evolving landscape and although it is important to keep up to date with advances and improvements, having a customer-centric focus is always vital for reaching better outcomes.

E2 Interviewer: What are your primary areas of focus now that you are a part of the E2 team?
Bradley:
My focus is to form partnerships with key stakeholders within the Education sector and promote E2’s unique proposition of transforming the way in which students learn with a blended approach both offline and online, in the post-pandemic world.
I also want to increase the flexibility of E2's offerings and packages so more organisations worldwide can access and benefit from all our products.
E2 Interviewer: How would you describe your role at E2 supporting the business scale and growth?
Bradley:
My role is to ensure that the value of E2’s offerings is made known to the wider education community and to build strategic partnerships to facilitate our platform growth. For me, the first step is always to have a discovery call to understand better where the client stands regarding their goals and challenges and work on solutions from there.
Furthermore, I expect to nurture the relationships with our existing and new customers so we can identify growth and collaboration opportunities. I see more value in creating long-term healthy relationships with our stakeholders than just closing sales.
