Meet Bob Drake, Branch Manager at Sprout Mortgage

Bob Drake was inspired to join the home lending industry through one of his college professors and immediately felt connected to helping individuals and families finance their dream home. After he graduated with a degree in business management from Frostburg State University in Maryland, Drake became a mortgage professional. “I love what I do for a living!” Drake exclaims.??

Drake came to Sprout Mortgage after meeting with an account executive and learning more about Sprout’s impressive product line. Referring to the ever-growing loan solutions offered by Sprout, Drake said, “Sprout is not simply offering chocolate and vanilla. It’s more like, thirty-one flavors!” Aside from Sprout’s many products from self-employed bank statement loans to investor loans, Drake will also be helping his clients with access to jumbo loans and conventional loans.?

Sprout is thrilled to have Drake as a Branch Manager in the Retail Division. A strong believer in working to achieve goals, Drake’s motto is, “Work hard, play hard.” His experience and confidence continually propel him as a leader.? He equates himself to being the driver of the bus. He is at the wheel helping other team members as they board to develop and grow, while collectively moving everyone in the same direction - forward!??

Drake serves as a member of the Community Service Committee at his local Association of Realtors?.? He thoroughly enjoys his philanthropic pursuits. He also loves spending time outdoors, hunting, and fishing. Drake’s favorite moments are spent with his family.? He notes that they are the most important thing in his life. He has three children, seven grandkids, and two grand dogs.? He proudly reports that he’s never missed a sports game in any of their lives.?
