Say hello to Quentin! ??

Quentin has been in our team for 10 years as of last month (congratulations Quentin!) and came to us with apprenticeship experience as a Mediamatician at Swisscom AG.

Let’s unveil the curtain and learn more about him!

What does a normal day look like for you?

I like to arrive early at the office, getting a coffee and have a quick chat with the other early birds from the office then I can start my day.

I liaise between our customers and our various technical teams. I keep track of our customers' tickets. I also gather our customers' needs in order to develop new functionalities in collaboration with the development team.

?What’s your favourite thing about APPLIC8?

I like that we operate on a human level, and that’s why we're extremely dynamic and at the cutting edge of technology, which allows us to work with large multinational companies.

The fact that I know and that I’m able to have small talks with everyone from the company (including the CEO) is great and motivates me to come to work.

Can you share a recent accomplishment or milestone that you're particularly proud of in your role?

I performed a complete business analysis on our Support Department which led to the implementation of a new helpdesk tools that have?been helping since then.?

APPLIC8 helped me improve my knowledge by offering payroll courses. I have obtained a certification in Swiss payroll and social insurances.

What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

I like to do a lot of sports like fitness, paddle tennis, ski, mountain hiking and when I want to stay quiet, I like to read, to play video game and going out with my friends in a good restaurant or some bar.

Currently I’m learning new skills on data analytics such as SQL, Excel, Tableau and Python.

What’s your secret talent no one knows about?

My friends use to say I can eat a big load of food in a single meal and that I would never stop eating if they don’t ask me to…
