Meet another new colleague!

This year, a new colleague started just about every month. That's quite an increase for a company with some 30 employees. This time I am happy to introduce Ruben. Ruben joined us on the 4th of April as Design Engineer. Together with Olaf, Ruben is responsible for making the drawings of the control panel and the electrical diagrams.

Ruben has extensive experience in the profession at various companies and has been out of work for a while due to circumstances. With the self-knowledge he gained in that time he started the search for a suitable workplace and ended up with us. Ruben is very happy with Holland Controls as his workplace, the colleagues are understanding and with respect and patience he is being trained at his new job. Drawing is not new for Ruben, but the working method of Holland Controls is company specific. Ruben thinks it is important to go to work with joy and to be able to enjoy his work.
