Meet Aneik Gandhi, Customer Success Manager
Tell us about your role as a Customer Success Manager with Igloo. How do you support Igloo customers daily??
As a Customer Success Manager, I am the primary contact between customers and Igloo. I help customers with questions about our product offering and ensure that customers are getting the most value out of our product.??An important part of my role is understanding and anticipating their needs and goals and working with them in partnership to achieve those goals. I build these strong relationships with my customers by meeting with them on a regular basis.
Can you share a true customer success story that you had a hand in??
A few months ago, I had a customer reach out to me regarding a milestone anniversary within their organization. They wanted to celebrate and were looking to me for guidance and ideas on how they could do that on their Digital Workplace. I partnered with?our Development Relations,?Professional Services, and Consulting team to gather some ideas and we came up with a solution that really excited our customer.?
On the day of the anniversary, at the stroke of midnight, confetti would start falling across the screen with a celebratory anniversary message every time a team member logged onto their digital workplace.?By working cross-collaboratively and understanding our customer’s needs, we were able to provide a celebratory solution that our customer was ultimately very pleased with.?

What do you enjoy about working in the Customer Experience team at Igloo??
I love being part of a team that has a direct impact on the success of internal communication strategies for our customers.?I also enjoy partnering with amazing Digital Workplace Managers across a variety of organizations around the world.?We have a great group of people on the Customer Experience team that are focused on a shared goal to help our customers solve problems and improve their experience with our product.
You were recently promoted from Customer Success Representative to Customer Success Manager! How has Igloo supported your career development journey??
I want to thank all my teammates on the customer success team for all the help and support over the past 15 months I have been at Igloo. Their guidance, expertise, and encouragement have been instrumental in helping me achieve my recent promotion.
Initiatives like Igloo’s Executive Sponsorship Program played an influential role in my professional development. I also greatly appreciate the leadership and guidance I received from Jonna Pedersen, Director, Customer Success, in helping me grow and develop my skills in Customer Experience.
