What excites you most about leading the global alliances and partnership function at Totalmobile?

We have a unique set of solutions that deliver outstanding user experience to frontline employees. Our ability to make frontline staff safer, more effective, more efficient and more engaged is ideally suited to our alliance partners.

We can help them deliver large-scale, transformational change to their end clients through a scalable and flexible platform.

I’m excited to bring these offerings to existing and new partners and help them deliver better services to their end clients.

What unique value do you think partnerships bring to Totalmobile and how do you plan to enhance relationships?

We deliver a platform for workforce mobilisation that can be applied to multiple use cases.

Because of its scalability, we can start with a relatively small use case and build capability across a single platform.

We’re also solely focused on the experience of the frontline personnel using our solutions, which gives us a unique offering. A key priority for the alliance team is to bring this value to a wide range of GSI and value-add resell partners in their language, so they understand how our solutions can help them and their end clients, aligning their business goals to our solutions, and helping them to deliver on their commitments.

What’s one key goal you have for Totalmobile’s alliances and partnership team in the next 12 months?

We want to double the contribution partners bring to our business in the next 12 months, growing into existing relationships and signing new partners up to join our programme.
