Our Agent Mode is an Autonomous Reasoning Agent (ARA) . It can think, plan, and reason on its own. It uses up-to-date data from the most reliable sources on the web to break down objectives into tasks, then complete them independently.

It has 3 core capabilities:

1. Understands general knowledge about any area of expertise
2. Understands each user’s specific scenario
3. Determines how to best solve the problem to help the user achieve their goal

When you give it a prompt, it figures out what set of tasks align with your objective. Once you approve the tasks, it scours the web by creating search queries that you might not have been able to think of on your own.

It reads the top sources that contain the most up to date information on the subject. This can include verified news stories, PDFs, social media, search results, research papers, YouTube Videos, etc. It then uses those results to complete the task. It can decipher problems, follow instructions, and generate comprehensive recommendations for any task involving strategy, planning, or innovation.

This is important. HelloScribe doesn't copy and paste from the web. It "reads" what it finds, analyzes the information, then infers a solution based on its own understanding. Much the way humans do.

Step 1: Start with an Objective

The journey begins with defining your objective. Be as clear and specific as you can with your objective.

Step 2: Clarify Your Objective

You'll be asked 3 questions so that HelloScribe can get a better idea about what you want. It will generate a task list based on the insights gained from the dialogue. You have the option of skipping the questions (not recommended)

Step 3: Task Creation & Approval

It will then create a list of tasks and summarize them into a concise paragraph for your approval. This summary captures the tasks, their purpose, and potential outcomes, and gives a clear overview of the path ahead.

With your approval, it moves into the action phase.

Step 4: Task Execution

This is the action phase! HelloScribe's AI Agent starts executing the tasks. It uses our proprietary Cognitive AI to generate comprehensive insights and relevant results. For tasks that involve physical actions, it provides a detailed action plan.

Discovered Use Cases Include:
