Meet accesso's Troubleshooter
This guy likes technology so much, he is willing to overlook his... nervousness... of roller coasters to work as the North America Technical Services Specialist for accesso LoQueue, our virtual queuing platform.
JC started with accesso over 10 years ago as a cashier at Six Flags' THE FLASH Pass office in Montreal, Canada. He moved to Georgia in 2015, after an 8-year effort to receive his visa to work in the US, and has since been sent to major theme parks and attractions all over the world to help our clients eliminate lines by providing the best technical support possible.
His favorite rides? La Ronde's Monstre: No. Great Adventure's Kingda Ka: No. Magic Mountain's Tatsu: No.
But, give the guy any tech product on Amazon and he's all over it. He clicks fidget cubes just to annoy his co-workers in our Lithia Springs office and is 99% sure that if there was ever an issue with any technical device out there, his stubbornness will help him fix it. I'd say he's in the right field!
