MEDITATION...LETTING GO!
MEDITATION HELPS TO CLEAR THE MIND! Feelings of being lost, lonely & purposeless fade into the distance when we learn to hand our problems over to a Higher Source. Justice, hope & truth we find are the things that matter for everything else passes with time.
We are here on Earth to overcome obstacles, internal & external so we can grow & turn into better balanced people & more evolved spiritually. All that stretching helps us to overcome feelings that have swamped us & kept us fearful & worried.
Meditation doesn't promise us anything yet it frees us up & unclogs the inner works removing all that has laid heavily upon us. With this elevation of thinking we rise above the monotonous & stinking thinking to gain hope & peace.
We stop demanding that life comes to us on our terms for we know we must blend our will to what is meant to be, for we can now accept that we may need to fit in & conform to the will of a Higher Source. This is no longer frightening to us for with the blending we find a certain amount of peace when we stop fighting against the pricklies.
