Meditation may be different things for different people, but at the end of the day, it’s really about training the mind to think neutrally-- without judgment, and without attachment. It’s about training ourselves to respond, rather than react.

it is possible for anyone to connect with their inner selves and tap into the deeper levels of consciousness. By practicing meditation regularly, individuals can cultivate a sense of mindfulness, presence, and awareness that may lead to profound spiritual experiences.
