Meditation to make life better
Meditation is such a good thing to do but meditation also needs your time and focus to get you in it's zone. Your mind will be supernatural. Meditation will keep you away from fear and sadness of any kind, it will awaken you from inside, daily practices of meditation can lead to greatness of discovering your inner power.
In short it should be of 15 minutes but it differs people to people some find it so helpful that they go in a deep thoughts for hours.
Find a shortest step for this 15 minutes of meditation
(1) 5 mins
=> Letting your thoughts out
You need to relax let your mind wonder. Your mind becomes a 5d screen, you are standing in the centre and thoughts are coming and going from all around.
This helps you release your negative energy and clear your head by daily practices you will feel calm and wonderful.
(2) 5 mins
=> Concentrating on Light
There are two sides of life bright and dark, when we go deep into the thoughts your mind will show you both sides. This is your choice to concentrate on bright side.
Imagine the (yin yang) see the image symbol and concentrate on the brightest part of it.
This process makes you attract all the positive energies from around the world. Believe me the more focused you are your mind can do wonders.
Imagine you are actually making your aura so stronger evil power or negative energy will just run away from you.
(3) 5 mins
=> Letting in all the good thoughts
This is the most important and easiest part of meditation since you have already focused on light you just have to imagine all good things you want in life.
Believe me this technique is so powerful that you can almost get to the top of level or career. This is least but not last process, all it requires is your faith that you need all the good things in life.
