MEDITATION: The Key To Unleashing Your Mind's Creativity!

MEDITATION: The Key To Unleashing Your Mind's Creativity!

Before you read on!

Take a moment, Breathe in! Breathe Out!

Do that again!

Inhale through your nose; exhale through your mouth. Deep breaths at first to experience the sensation of the air traveling through your body before returning to your normal pattern of breathing.

In today's busy world of working, networking, and the ongoing assaults of social media, emails, texts, and family problems, we are saturated with the stress of psychological overload. Our minds are rarely at rest, and our bodies are paying the price. You wake up in the morning and immediately begin to think about everything you need to do that day – you brush your teeth while thinking about work; at work, you're always worried about how well that presentation just went or if you'll be able to catch up with things you're behind on. Even after you get home, you begin thinking over your day, eating while worrying about what went wrong. There's not even any escape when you go to bed. This is because that seems to be the time issues from years ago will crop up, giving you plenty to stress over and stop you from going to sleep. You realize that stress has become your partner.

Why Is It An Issue, And What Does It Cause?

Living unconsciously is an issue because it's affecting our health. We are more stressed and prone to anxiety and depression. More likely to turn to comfort food, eating it without realizing that we're full; more likely to engage in activities that aren't good for us. By putting on the brakes, even for a mere five minutes every day, we can start to live a quieter, simpler, and healthier life. This in turn leads to lack of creativity due to over cluttered mind.

What Can We Do About This?

Meditation is the tongue of the soul and the language of our spirit.

– Jeremy Taylor

Meditation is one easy way to combat the effects of daily stress and take back control of your health. Just 20 minutes a day can reduce stress and help your brain to recharge.

The ancient meditation practice, which is now practiced by tens of millions of Westerners, from hipster yogis to business executives, is widespread. Scientific studies and a growing body of enthusiasts are discovering what Buddhists and yoga teachers have known for thousands of years: a dedicated meditation practice not only has the power to restore a sense of calm to the demands of everyday life. , but also the mind and the body promote happiness and well-being in the long term and release the immense creative resources of the brain.

Through meditation, you can be more alert and purposeful about your actions. This shows you how to respond to situations in your life rather than react to them. Meditation seems easy. But it takes discipline to stay calm in your body and mind. You must block the world around you and calm your mind.

Studies have begun to show the long-term effects of long-term meditation practice on our mind and body. Meditation reduces blood pressure and produces slower alpha and theta waves in the brain. This can affect the area of the brain called the amygdala, which is associated with anxiety, anxiousness, and surprise. This explains the Zen feeling we receive through meditation and allows us to navigate stressful situations with calmness, clarity, and sense of perspective. However, the physiological benefits of meditation go even further. Science shows more and more what many Eastern traditions have long insisted on: contrary to the Western idea of a mind-body division, the two are closely related.

Calm your mind, awaken to the beauty of life. People who meditate daily and long enough, excuse workaholics, often report that they feel their body has woken up for the first time. They focus more on every movement and activity and are fully present at every moment. Without the hustle and bustle of your mind distracting you from what your senses send you, you can suddenly taste, smell, and hear livelier things, and thoroughly enjoy what's around you.

Since the time of Aristotle, humans have been asking whether it is possible to improve our cognitive capacities, whether our memory, attention, and ability to cope with stress are set by adulthood or can be improved upon with mental training.

Our most creative thoughts come to us when we calm the brain, and allow ideas to bubble up from the depths of our subconscious gently.

Unleash your mind's creative power!

The first best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, the second best time is now! Cultivate the art of meditation to maximize your creative potentials and improve your productivity at work.

India, the hub of Yogis and their craft of Yoga, meditation, had no takers (here) till it's revival recently.of course we all have been told time and again to take deep breaths when angry, anxious, afraid or at the moment when we feel any strong emotions which needs to be controlled. Yoga in the air-conditioned retreats are a shAm. Yoga is supposed to be practised in the open being one with nature. Unfortunately, in the concrete jungle, an ac room or hall of. retreat is the closest you can get to nature. Bottom line: Yoga and meditation revives, releases, recycles and rejuvenates our whole being. Does not matter where you meditate, focusing on your breathing, you can lose yourself to the numbing sense of nothingness, and come back to yourself as a whole.

Thanks for the mention Goodness. I have had the good fortune to learn and experience the benefits of meditation through participating in a number of 10 day silent retreats. As someone who is practical and down to earth, I have seen that when I meditate I have more energy, less worries and generally a feeling of gratitude. I am “great full” for my family, my friends, my employees, my clients, my health, my work, my freedom, the list goes on and on. Meditation has only helped me to realize all that I have. We are not determined by our life’s circumstance, but by how we look at and react to those circumstances. Meditation has just given me a different way of looking at my life’s circumstances. For this I am “great full”.
