In our journey through the 30-day Unstuck series, today we focus on the mind.
As Dan Millman beautifully said,
“You don’t have to control your thoughts; you just have to stop letting them control you.”
Our minds, with their constant chatter, can often be our own worst enemy—keeping us locked in patterns of overthinking, worry, and self-doubt. And the truth is, many of us are unaware of just how stuck we are in these mental loops. It’s a space we unconsciously inhabit, repeating the same thoughts, limiting beliefs, and mental stories that hold us back from clarity and forward movement.
This is where today’s meditation for getting unstuck in the mind becomes a powerful tool:
This practice gently encourages you to step back from the whirlwind of thoughts, creating space between you and the patterns that have gripped you for so long. In this meditation, you're not trying to silence the mind, as such —rather, you're becoming aware of how the mind works, observing its tendencies, and allowing new pathways to emerge.
As part of the 30-day Unstuck series, this meditation serves as a bridge between stepping back and stepping in. It invites you to pause… acknowledge where you are mentally stuck, then create the mental space necessary for self-observation, insight, and change.
Whether it's persistent negative self-talk or a specific story you've been telling yourself for years, this practice offers a way to shift it. With each breath, you learn to release your tight grip on the familiar, and with that release, comes the opportunity to step forward with ease and clarity.
By committing to this meditation, daily, you'll begin to notice a subtle but profound shift in your mental patterns. The mind’s hold weakens, and instead of feeling stuck, you will find yourself getting unstuck, moving with more intention, curiosity, and freedom.
It's a journey, and this meditation is an essential step.

Sharing some feedback recieved this week:

“Jude, I just want to thank you for the unstuck series?videos shared on instagram. I am a msssive overthinker and they helped to calm my mind down. I stepped back and told myself to just relax”.
I am so happy it is making a difference, person by person.
We are now in?Week 3 , and into the section called "Stepping In", where we are invited to go deeper by learning to create space between ourselves and what is keeping us stuck - so as to 'see' it, for what it is.
I would love to hear your thoughts, learnings, and feedback, throughout the 30-day program, and importantly, the subtle yet powerful changes being noticed.?

"What struck me most was how this session bonded our team. As we sat together, eyes closed, breathing in unison, we became more than colleagues — we became a collective seeking solace. Jude’s gentle voice wove us into a tapestry of shared experience”.
