A Meditation To Get Unstuck from Emotions

A Meditation To Get Unstuck from Emotions

“You are not your emotion; you are the awareness beneath the emotion.”

In last week’s newsletter, we explored how to get unstuck from the mind, guiding you through a meditation to create space for clarity and mental freedom.

This week, we continue that journey by focusing on a meditation for getting unstuck from your emotions. Often, emotions can hold us back, trapping us in cycles of sadness, frustration, and anxiety.

But it’s important to remember that, as Eckhart Tolle wisely said:

“You are not your emotion; you are the awareness beneath the emotion.”

By recognising this, we allow ourselves to release the grip emotions can have over us, creating space for healing and growth.

In this week’s meditation, we use the breath as a tool for emotional release, helping you observe and then let go of emotions that may no longer serve you.
