I’ve never got on with meditation.
Can’t seem to focus my attention on a single point of reference. Too much going on in the old noggin.
But I do find mowing the lawn gets me into a meditative state.
Unfortunately, this hot and dry weather means my lawn’s decided not to grow and hasn’t needed cutting for a few weeks.

2 年Ya know, I actually teach mowing the lawn and vacuuming as great ways to settle your mind a bit in an overwhelmed state... Which, I believe is the purpose of meditation? Goodness, I hope so - cuz like you, it's as close as I'm gonna get! :)
