MEDITATION ON FEAR

A Short Meditation on Acceptance of Fear

Use these helpful words to guide you when confronted with Fear.


Allow yourself to become fully immersed in every situation, in every single moment, and to fully experience, and be aware of, every sensation. Notice how it feels; observing, but not necessarily wanting to change or affect how things unfold.


In order to fully allow this, you must be open, ready to accept whatever happens, and focus on minimising the impact of fear. It is fear that prevents us from allowing experiences to unfold. It is fear that causes us to interfere in an attempt to influence the outcome. Most of us constantly check our perceived reality, and behave accordingly.


Freeing yourself from the fear of the outcome, and trusting it will always work out eventually, allows you to sit comfortably in the here and now, simply observe, breathe in and accept the experience, as it unfolds.


The only way you can be truly fearless is to embrace that everything is going to happen anyway, and everything is on the way. Provided you place your trust in the inevitability that some things will go right, but also some things will go wrong, you will relax into the journey.


You will have the choice of many routes to your destination. You and you alone decide your destiny; it is always your choice. You forget this and avoid taking the actions which lead to towards your destination because the effort is too hard or too painful. You will take the route again and again until you get to where you chose to be.


There are many routes, and they constantly change, but that’s okay. You will know when you have arrived.


If you totally surrender to her, and consistently stay impeccable with your word, mother universe will always have your back.


The healing power of meditation will set you free.


It is time to get a handle on fear.
