Meditate with trees, but don't "rape" the trees!

When we talk about meditation, we naturally associate it to tranquility, relaxation and energy harmony. So, let's just stick to that. I talked a lot about how to choose trees for best Feng Shui in the Feng Shui & Meditation book. However, you never, ever heard me talking about kissing trees.?

Meditate with trees, don't "rape" the trees!?Don't try to build humanized intimacy with them without their agreement...

Don't disturb them, it is already a violation to be present in their proximity without being invited. One of the reasons why I like trees, rocks and waterfalls, etc., is of course most of them have good Qi, it's tranquil and healing; another reason is they are more polite than people and animals. Meditation is a way to guide our spirits back home to love. The end game of all in this life is to learn to love, love is home and it guides you back home. We travel through life to learn how to love, be fair, empathetic and kind, to be light that shines, and light as versus heavy. Anything you do in life that evokes the reverse feelings of kindness and love in people, you should not do it!?

Meditation in nature can teach us how to give and receive peaceful and well-regarded love. Love starts with bienveillance, a French word that I have never really found a satisfactory translation to my taste. If anyone wants to try, here's the literal meaning of the word parts: bien= well, kind; veillance=virgil, watch.?

You must learn to enjoy peaceful and quiet company, and that starts with keeping company with oneself, observing aloneness with a blissful happiness and immersed in nature's light and love. Keep a kind regard to the trees in order to heal with their live Qi. Go near them with water, light, and a kind and open heart. You might wonder, if you are already feeling that good, why would you go there and seek healing? Well, you might simply seek kindred spiritual company. Or you might feel tired, you need an energy recharge, for example. However, you don't go there with 戾气(li Qi)- violent Qi,because you would be cut off from the trees energy, it is natural they wouldn't open their energy gate if they are threatened. It is like you don't go there with a saw to chop it down. Don't kiss it, either, in general, don't violate its tranquility and pollute it with bacteria and viruses.?

However, take their gifts. If during your meditation, a fruit, or a branch or something drops near you quietly, then you can keep it with you, or eat it, or use it as decorations, etc. For example, if it's an apple, you can eat it, if it's an orange or any citrus family fruits, you might dry them for decoration, same for colorful leaves, etc. If you know how to make fruits-confits, or any other conservation methods, you can try to keep and value those gifts as long and as well as you can. You can make a little orange or clementine into an orange or clementine confit and use only slices of them for drinks to replace sweetener, etc.?

However, if you did receive a calling , or if you went to your favorite? places in nature to seek answers to questions you might have, and beforehand, you did get answers and communications from those elements, you can of course dwell a bit on the rocks, observe the waterfall, sit under the trees, have? a little hug but don't kiss them unless you are invited to do so. Just as I think it should be illegal for an unwelcome dog to lick a beautiful woman's bare legs…?

Aside from absorbing carbon dioxide and turning it into oxygen, trees also have the ability to absorb negative energy and transform it into positive. For heaven’s sake, don't abuse that! You can open your energy gate and invite the trees, but if they don't respond, don't force it. Don't get resentful and attack it. I'm pretty sure we should be the same with AI, or most beings who might perceive as inanimate still basically, who swears at phones and computers? With objects that have smooth surfaces, usually the energy bounces back directly. So, where do you let out the negatives? Since if you keep them in , they might attack you internally, causing organ dis-function or aging. Sport is a good way, you can sweat them out. Meditation in nature is a good way if you know how to communicate the negatives to sources that can and are willing to heal you. For example, if you find a robust tree, with enough water and sunshine in a deep forest without human or animal pollution, then they might be very willing to take your negatives and transform them,it is like they take your CO2 and transform it into nurturing elements for themselves. However, if you find fragile trees with drought and pollution around, it might not be able to take your negatives.?

As in everything, balance is the key!?

Beautifully written ?? You mentioned not having seen a better translation for bienveilance … I’ll give it a try bienveillance : noun Base is [ A quality of how someone speaks of another person ] Or Expanded is [The depth and caliber of the quality manifest from a higher-greater level quality of expression from someone which is best described as a (pure harmonious spontaneity) or almost (spiritually divine) perspective which is the shared connection sough to be projected - seen through the lens of spirituality that someone has towards another sentient being] ??♂?
