Mediocre or Effective Leader

There are 3 things which differentiates between a #mediocre and a #effective #leader (contrary to popular belief - I believe every person has #leadership capability albeit in varying degrees). Which I fondly call "PEG".

1. #POWER

2. #EGO

3. #GREAT

?#POWER – where the #leader believes they have the absolute #power to control everything happening around them. The thought that they can be the #creator and the #destroyer. This is where they forget Spider-man’s dialogue “With great #power comes great #responsibility”.

#EGO – where the false sense of #power in the #leader brings in the thought they are the most #important piece of the #puzzle. Seldom they understand that every piece of #puzzle is as important as the other.

?#GREAT – Where the #power & #ego makes them believe that they are the #greatest of all. Where the believe they are equivalent to the #gods living up high in the #sky. The thought that they are #immortals. Where they forget that even the great #gods have lived #mortal existence on this earth.
