Each year the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule sets forth the quality measures for Medicare ACOs for the following year in the final rule.
New quality measures for Medicare ACOs will be phased in 2025-2028 with a focus on the Medicare CQM and eCQM standards for reporting in 2027.

2 周There is something really wrong when dental care is never included in ACO health measures for the elderly - who suffer the greatest with unmet dental needs! The inclusion of preventive dentistry should be assured for all measured health outcomes. The linkages of poor oral health and bacterial overloads on conditions like diabetes are fairly well established. More are underway - yet as far out as 2028 still no signs that dental care is important. Very gloomy...
