I’m actively searching for Medical Billing Specialists & Collections Specialists to join a Behavioral Health Group looking to expand its revenue cycle team. These roles are critical to ensuring accurate billing and timely collections, and they offer an exciting opportunity to work in a growing and dynamic environment.

?? Must-Have: CollabMD experience + strong background in A/R follow-up & denials management

?? Medical Billing Specialist

As a Medical Billing Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and reviewing medical records to ensure accurate and timely billing. Your expertise in medical coding (ICD-10, HCPCS, CPT) and insurance claims submission will be essential to the team’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

? Review and analyze medical records for accurate billing ? Utilize medical terminology and coding knowledge to ensure correct claims submission ? Prepare and submit claims electronically or by mail ? Work collaboratively with medical office staff to ensure complete documentation ? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines

?? Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you’ll focus on resolving outstanding claims, communicating with insurance companies, and ensuring timely reimbursements. Your role is crucial in managing denials, monitoring key financial metrics, and keeping the revenue cycle flowing efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

? Communicate effectively with insurance carriers to resolve billing issues ? Monitor and report on key revenue cycle metrics (cash collections, outstanding claims, denials, etc.) ? Status claims and document updates in CollaborateMD ? Escalate payor or client claim issues to leadership as needed ? Ensure accurate patient demographics and insurance details
