Amazon introduce new AI tool that transforms images into video
亚马逊 has introduced a new tool that leverages generative artificial intelligence (AI) to swiftly turn product images into video ads.
Currently in beta, this video generator is part of Amazon's Sponsored Brands campaign suite and is available to advertisers at no additional cost.
French skincare brand Gellé Frères has been testing the tool ahead of the Black Friday shopping season.
Additionally, Amazon revealed a live image feature for its existing image generator, enabling brands to add dynamic effects, such as steam rising from a coffee cup, to static images.
These updates reflect a broader trend among digital platforms embracing generative AI to attract increased advertising investments.
Amazon’s AI-powered video generator aims to make video advertising, often too expensive for smaller businesses, more accessible.
While the videos are relatively simple, generated from product images, the tool's ease of use and lack of additional cost for Sponsored Brands advertisers could spark interest.
These announcements were made during Amazon's Accelerate event last week. For more see here: Amazon AI
