Local sports and community groups have received a welcome funding boost through the latest round of the Gambling Community Benefit Fund (GCBF) grants.
Ms Simpson confirmed over $309,000 in grants will be paid to seven local groups in the Maroochydore Electorate, including:

The GCBF provides Queensland non-for-profit community organisations the opportunity to enhance their capacity to provide services, leisure activities and economic opportunities for their local communities.
The Gambling Community Benefit Fund Round 122 is now open and closes on 30 November 2024.
