TikTok Expands Advertising Reach with Pulse Premiere and Targeting Innovations

As we continue to grow our footprint with social platform giant, TikTok, we continue to keep on the pulse of their offerings.

Speaking of Pulse, TikTok Pulse is expanding with Pulse Premiere , a new ad offering that allows brands to place their ads directly next to premium publisher content on TikTok's For You feed. TikTok Pulse Premiere gives brands the opportunity to buy from publisher partners in the lifestyle & education, sports, and entertainment categories for specific tentpole events as well as evergreen, ongoing content. For the Pulse Premiere launch, TikTok is partnering with Buzzfeed, Conde Nast, DotDash Meredith, Hearst Magazines, MLS, NBCUniversal, UFC, Vox Media and WWE.

On the targeting side, TikTok is offering zip code targeting for beta testing in the US. Zip code targeting provides advertisers the ability to specify a set of locations where they want their ads to show and advertisers can tailor their ads and manage their budgets more effectively when looking to reach people in specific zip codes.

Additionally, Carousel format has been added to asset options, allowing advertisers to upload multiple image creatives in the sequence for Traffic, App Promotions, and Website Conversions objective campaigns. In this format, users can swipe between different images to view more details and control the viewing pace by themselves.
