Media interview: NOVOSENSE wants to tell the world
Chinese analog and mixed-signal IC company NOVOSENSE is keen to tell the world about its products.
“We have succeeded in China,” said Takeshi Kasuya, NOVOSENSE field application engineer. “But we want to get this technology to the whole world, and Japan is important. We are here to show them our business.”
The company was showing isolators, interfaces, power drivers, current sensors and pressure sensors for applications such as OBC, DC-DC, PDU, thermal management, battery management, inverters and powertrain, automotive lighting, body and vehicle domain control, and other electronics for electrified vehicles.
“Our focus is on the powertrain,” said Kasuya, “because EV development is getting more popular, especially in China. We have gate drivers with very good isolation.”
Since 2016, NOVOSENSE has been developing automotive-qualified products. With mature chip-development capabilities, experience in mass production and quality assurance, the company says it is committed to providing high performance, robust, reliable products and service for automotive OEMs and tier-ones.
The company has more than 1400 IC products for sale. Its products are distributed in Japan by Ryoden.
