Media Central Celebrates 23 Years!

As of today, August 1st, 2016 Media Central is celebrating 23 years of providing "local" crew, gear and production support. Since 1993 we have offering these services all over the US (and in four of the five US territories) as well as in 111 other countries. 

This still amazes me and the time has passed so quickly it really only feels like 22 years! The business has grown beyond anything I could have imagined in 1993 and we now serve clients like HBO, Showtime, Mark Burnett Productions, Discovery Channel, Sony Pictures, Lucasfilm, Animal Planet, A&E, Viceland (US and Canada), HGTV, BBC Worldwide, Getty Images, The Pew Charitable Trusts, Live Nation, Exploration Productions, Blast! Films and way too many more to list here. 

As well we launched Media Central Films a few years back to create our own original content and do work for hire. We're very proud of our award winning YouTube series, "AutoExotika Presents: Cars 'N Coffee" and most importantly we're in the middle of production on my feature documentary film, "Feast Your Ears: The Story of WHFS 102.3 FM." Based on the trailer alone we've already been invited to seven film festivals once the move is done (early 2017). A major streaming company saw and and said, "That's great! Send us the film when it's done and we'll talk."  

We want to thank all our clients for continuing to put so much trust and faith, not just in us, but in all the crews and production people we represent about this big, old planet. To date we've helped our clients on over 14,000 shoots and we know there will be many more in the years to come!
