Informative post. Actually under specific mechanical and electrical load, over pulley of specific diameter the cable is moved. But 30000 complete cycle is very time consuming. Over 2 days it takes to test. Sometimes customer receives the product before this test ends!

Thank you. 30k cycle = 60k m (each cycle 1m forward and backward), hence 60k m/(0.33 m/s *60 sec *60 min ) = 50.5 hours (appx).
