How to Measure: Use defect density, code quality metrics, and the number of successful deployments. Implement automated testing and continuous integration to maintain high quality throughout development.

4. Adaptability

Why It Matters: Agile projects thrive on their ability to adapt to changing requirements and environments.

How to Measure: Assess the number of changes successfully implemented, the speed of adaptation, and the impact of changes on project outcomes. Use feedback loops and regular reviews to gauge how well the team responds to new information and shifts priorities.

Why It Matters: Ultimately, the success of Agile projects should translate into tangible business benefits.

How to Measure: Look at metrics such as return on investment (ROI), market share growth, and revenue impact. Align project goals with business objectives to ensure the project contributes to the organization's strategic aims.
