This weekend I tried out the new interactive Global Vibrancy Tool from Stanford Institute for Human-Centered Artificial Intelligence (HAI). The GVT compares AI trends and impact in countries around the world including investment, startups, education, talent, centers of excellence, and much more. To allow for skills penetration comparisons across countries, skill genomes are calculated and compared to a benchmark (e.g., global average).

4 小时前Margaretta Colangelo there is something funny with this. Canadá not in top 10? UaE 5? Looking at the tool, the trick is the weight assigned to the different parameters. But even then, when you see "ethics" and you compare (for example) USA and Canadá the numbers do not make sense.
