Measuring Climate Resilience

Government agencies and foundations have committed to sizeable climate adaptation investments to advance climate resilience—broadly considered to be the ability to withstand or flourish amid current and future climate risks. As these efforts expand, so too does the need to rigorously assess their impact and measure return on investment to encourage continued?adaptation financing.
