When you take up only “convenient” clients who do not have unnecessary questions and objections, constantly avoid those who have them - you do not just go the easy way, but stupidly merge the client, and with it the possible profit ?? ??

We recognize the drain by one phrase: "I will send you an offer in the mail, but you will think." Recognized yourself? ?? Instead of sorting out and figuring out what a particular client needs, we spit it on a commercial one. And this is not only your mistake, it makes every third.

All this is wrong! ? And it is necessary to make sure that every lead, whether it is complex or not, is handled equally well. Even if it is “uncomfortable” for you, you must identify needs, work out objections, make an attempt to deal, thereby go through all stages of sales.
