The business world is moving at a much faster pace than our ancestors would have imagined. Every year is just like another decade of progress, considering what progress would have meant before. Competitions have always been there, just the form is constantly changing from its very basic forms of human capital, machinery, technology, innovation and a number of other factors.
Today, as I am talking to founders in different countries, I am?understanding?that there is an untold belief in good which is bringing us together as entrepreneurs. Even the very basic businesses have their own stories of impact. The stories of people’s lives,?their happiness, their past and present.?Entrepreneurs today have a tendency towards making good to people, the planet, and the universe, and this is, I believe, the beginning of a new era in entrepreneurship, the era of competing for good.
Also, looking at today's role models, we will soon understand that once you are confident about doing the good you believe in, the universe and environment start to appreciate and give you signs that you are on the right path. Looking at the world's well-known businesses and entrepreneurs, we find immediately that the previous generation of businesses where money and return were the only measures for success are not the hype anymore. Companies like Tesla and Toms Shoes represent the present and future.?

Currently?focusing on Obrang (www.obrang.com), a creative agency I invested in two years ago and where I put most of my time. I am constantly polishing my knowledge and understanding of the field, and one of the sources that helped me the most recently has been the online learning platform called Domestika. Surprisingly, the best teachers, who are the most experienced, are those who work on the most meaningful projects, and that’s what makes them the best. So we are noticing a move towards meaning in creative agencies.?
The last but not least, is about the new generation of users, customers, and overall market participants, who are the Millennials and GenZ. Reports after reports and research after research put more and more focus on their tendency towards meaning and impact when it comes to making their purchasing decisions, so if?you are aiming for?the markets of today and tomorrow, meaning should be the new moto.
So, as the new generation of entrepreneurs, we have to consider not only our minds and the physical aspects of our work but also the heart and its spiritual aspects. This makes our endeavours as entrepreneurs more meaningful and helps us with inner peace and comfort of the soul.
