About me !
I am a freelance customer care and marketing trainer at the service of companies from different sectors.
As every company has different clients and aims, my services are being offered in Mauritian Creole, in French and in English.
France being my country of birth and England the opportunity for me to further my studies and skills during an enriching internship, I am convinced that everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to receive a good service, that's why I lay emphasis on the 3 languages that are part of Mauritian daily life. With a language comes a culture ! Though most of my trainings are being delivered in French and in English any visionary would tell you that the impact of professional Mauritian Creole should not be minimised.
Quality service, I mean sustainable quality service helping to build and/or to maintain the solid reputation of a company as well as its customer satisfaction through a genuine and memorable customer experience is a whole journey where the acquisition of experience leading to excellence goes through skills that I am always delighted to share with my trainees.
