MDLive? is latest service offered by Blue Cross Complete to support member needs

Blue Cross Complete of Michigan members now have access to MDLive?, a no-cost telehealth service that allows members to communicate directly with a doctor from their home or on the go.

MDLive is an important tool for members who can’t easily get to their doctor’s office due to transportation or accessibility challenges, work and family commitments and more. It is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by secure video.

Members can sign up and create an account by visiting mdlive.com/bcc, or by downloading the MDLive mobile app at no cost. They can schedule appointments in advance or enter the queue to be seen immediately.

MDLive providers can help treat most non-emergency medical conditions, such as allergies, sore throat, cough, earache, eye infection, fever and respiratory problems. If needed, providers can prescribe medication.
