MCR PROPERTY OFFLOAD FULLY LET HUNTINGDON INDUSTRIAL SITE FOLLOWING REFURBISHMENT
Leading UK developer and investor, MCR Property Group, has successfully sold the fully refurbished and fully let industrial development, ‘Lola House’ at 18 Glebe Road, Huntingdon, formerly the headquarters of iconic racing car brand, Lola Cars.?
The sale follows the completion of a single-phase speculative refurbishment project which transformed the 65,000 sq ft site into a high-quality industrial space, now occupied by a range of established tenants.
The redevelopment saw the large industrial complex divided into seven separate occupational units with spacious external yard areas. Tenants now on site include Advanced Composites & Engineering Technology (ACE), Multimatic, and Parker Motor Services (trading as The Parts People), providing a strong and diverse occupier base.
Martin Brown, Asset Management Director at MCR Property Group, commented: "The successful sale of 18 Glebe Road reflects our confidence in the industrial market and our commitment to delivering high-quality refurbished spaces that meet market demand. By speculatively investing in this site, we’ve been able to attract well-established tenants and add significant value to the local area."
