McKesson Paragon being sold?

Its been a rumor for a while and someone asked me about that platform today and the potential suitor. I know a little bit about the suitor but that’s speculation at this point and won't comment there but thought I'd share some helpful information on the public McKesson website about the product- Click the link and scroll to the section called costs and limitations. 

Would be interesting to see this product resurrected and rewritten to be a cloud solution.

Lastly, if you are so inclined to know how the product was received by the users who lived in it before being pushed into the 300 + bed hospital market- check KLAS comments out and scroll back to around 2008 if you have a subscription that lets you go that far.
