McGrath Commercial signs State Government Tenant on a 7 year lease
Recently negotiating a new lease agreement with Legal Aid for a 7 year lease, Drew Camm – Director of McGrath Commercial was excited to close the deal. “This is somewhat of a rarity in Toowoomba, securing a lease for this length of time and shows the values of the property located at 154 Hume Street, Toowoomba” Mr Camm stated.
McGrath Commercial’s negotiation and management expertise was sought by the owner to revive what had been a stalled and lengthy negotiation process. “Within days the details of the new lease agreement had been discussed via negotiations with myself, with both the tenant and landlord agreeing to the terms with a MOU quickly being signed by both parties.” Drew commented.
