M&C Heat Parts Factory Production Process
We all know the purpose of a plate heat exchanger is to transfer thermal energy between two fluids, without the fluids mixing together. For example, you may want to cool down some oil using water, but obviously you don’t want to mix the oil and the water together.
Our factory manufactory PHE, especially gaskets and plates. Plates and gaskets and the whole PHE enable it to be sealed and the fluids cannot mixed any more.

Either plates or gaskets are both important to PHEs. We'll use high quality raw material and equipped with skilled and experienced operating workers to ensure the high quality of it.
What's more, three quality control procedures have been set up to M&C products: Firstly,after gaskets/plates production is finished, M&C QI workers will conduct the first quality inspection; Secondly,our products will be have inspection certificate which is issued by the quality supervision bureau. Thirldly,before delivery to the destination, we'll proceed the final inspection to make sure our gaskets/plates/PHEs reliable and perfect.
