Holkham Estate Secures Acquisition of 6 Caravan Parks from McDonnell Caravans
In a significant expansion move, the Holkham Estate has acquired six caravan parks from McDonnell Caravans along the picturesque Norfolk coast, including sites in Snettisham, Heacham, Holme-next-the-Sea, Brancaster, and Thornham. This acquisition not only bolsters Holkham's holiday offerings but also includes the distribution and sales operations of McDonnell Caravans, a well-established family business since 1966. Mike McDonnell, who has led the business for over four decades, will now act as an advisory consultant, maintaining ownership of two parks in Hunstanton. Darren Williams of Holkham Holiday Parks Ltd is set to oversee the new acquisitions. Mike McDonnell expressed confidence in the transition, underscoring Holkham's commitment to maintaining high standards in park management. Meanwhile, McDonnell plans to stay active in the industry by continuing to manage his remaining parks.

The RV Technical Institute (RVTI) made a strong push for recruiting future RV service technicians at the 97th Annual Future Farmers of America (FFA) Convention in Indianapolis, drawing nearly 75,000 attendees.
