Jellystone Park Expands in Canada with Cavendish Camp-Resort Transformation
In a significant expansion move, Maritime Fun Group is transforming the Cavendish KOA Holiday into a Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Camp Resort , with plans to reopen by May 19, just ahead of Victoria Day. This transformation marks the group's second Jellystone Park location in Canada, adding to its commitment to family-friendly attractions. The revamped Cavendish site will feature signature Jellystone experiences, including Yogi Bear character events, glamping accommodations, and a suite of amenities such as a swimming pool, petting zoo, and an RC track. Enhancements have also been made to infrastructure, aiming to elevate the guest experience. Maritime Fun Group, which already operates a Jellystone Park in New Brunswick, views this expansion as a natural fit for the family destination of Cavendish, Prince Edward Island.

Canadian Apartment Properties Real Estate Investment Trust (CAPREIT) has successfully sold its manufactured housing portfolio to TPG Real Estate for $740 million, encompassing 74 communities across eight provinces and 12,000 homesites.
