Over 118 million families ventured into the outdoors between 2020 and 2023, driven by a love for nature and a desire to escape everyday life. This trend highlights that children who camp with their families are more likely to pursue camping into adulthood, underscoring the importance of engaging youth in outdoor activities to sustain a vibrant camping culture. Millennials account for nearly half of family camper households, while Asian campers have experienced a 30% rise in participation since 2019. The report also reveals the growing popularity of multi-generational camping, with Generation Z and millennials frequently camping with parents or grandparents, and Hispanic and Black families leading in these traditions.

Redline Campers has relaunched its Classic campervan model at a more accessible price point of £34,995, aiming to attract a broader market segment. This decision, based on customer feedback and market analysis, introduces the VW T6.1 campervan conversion to a new audience seeking functionality and quality without extensive customization. Manufactured at their Watford Gap facility, the four-berth campervan is built on pre-owned vehicles, featuring streamlined options like cabinet colors in Driftwood or Carbon Ash and worktop finishes in White or Black Sparkle. While maintaining high standards with ISO 9001:2015 and VCA Type Approvals, the Classic model includes premium features such as a RIB Altair 112 Bed with ISOFIX and industry-leading appliances.
