St. Johns County to Review Proposed Ocean Club RV Park by DLP Capital

DLP Capital Partners is moving forward with its plans to develop the Ocean Club RV Park on a 37.88-acre site in Vilano Beach, St. Augustine, having acquired the property for $15.03 million. The proposed park includes 166 RV spaces and amenities such as a clubhouse, bait shop, and pickleball court, with the project set for review by the St. Johns County Development Review Committee on September 4. This marks DLP's second RV park venture in Northeast Florida, underscoring the firm's commitment to creating "attainable housing" and live-work-play communities. The development aligns with DLP Capital’s broader strategy, led by CEO Don Wenner, which manages $5 billion in assets. Following the site purchase, DLP secured a $27.5 million mortgage from its affiliated !DLP Lending Fund LLC.
