"Mayhem". The story presented by a true investigative journalist and her relentless pursuit of the truth!

After reviewing the voluminous documents prepared by Michele and my own experience with federal, state and local departments, it has never been clearer that the lack of sharing, whether intentional or unintentional, needs to be revamped. The Homeland Security Committee Report (attached), reported what we already know, there is a drastic need for re-evaluating and disseminating information/intelligence gathered by individual agencies. My previous recommendation to the FBI ASAIC, whom I worked with when I was assigned to their OC Task Force, "Give us 1 good intelligence analyst in lieu of any 3 agents and we can disrupt and dismantle any criminal organization". Why can't they invest in more analysts and assigned them to every division of every federal agency who then collaborate, corroborate and push out weekly, monthly, quarterly, etc. current intel reports to the NSC and then push down the appropriate/relevant reports to all JTTF's and Federal Task Forces. The local and state TFO's then need to acquire all relevant reports from their respective departments and push them to the analysts. We can't leave valuable information/intelligence to one agent or even one task force and expect them to share the information, follow up, and attempt to connect the dots. Thanks Michele !
