This time of year you may get the urge to organize closets—and these are 5?ways to?freshen up your work life,?too.

  1. Give thinking time to any career dissatisfaction. We tend to believe we're lucky to have a job--and get too caught up in the day-to-day to contemplate?a change. ?But aside from a paycheck, you want to feel good about—even proud of—what you do. Start by making a wish list of industries and jobs that would truly inspire you.
  2. Check your work-life blend. Consider if you should calibrate the time you spend working with the time you're actually enjoying and tending to other important parts of life. I am ?? in my spring cleaning mode ??It’s such a great time to refresh and revamp. I have an urge to let go of most of my clothes as I’ve had so many life changes and a lot of my clothes simply don’t represent my inner world anymore. Fashion forecasting tells us that people are becoming more and more supportive of sustainable fashion and gender less trends. Easy work day to night out outfits are going to pop up more and consignment stores are thriving. What are your thoughts on clothes subscriptions? Yay or nay?
