Mayanne Downs and Jeff Aaron — along with eight other attorneys — have left Orlando-based law firm GrayRobinson PA , according to a Sept. 19 news release.?

The lawyers have formed a new firm , DownsAaron, focused on high-stakes litigation with an emphasis on state, municipal and local governments, marital and family law, business disputes and data privacy.?

DownsAaron will take on legal disputes where the outcomes carry significant financial, operational or reputational consequences for the parties involved. These cases often involve large sums of money, complex legal issues or critical matters like intellectual property, antitrust, mergers, class actions or regulatory compliance.?
