The power and practice of reflection

Since early this year (2024) I have been struck with Giada Di Stefano's research on how reflection is more than a personal growth tool—it's a catalyst for organizational change and innovation.? Although the evidence was not ‘surprising’, as we know the power of reflection is so important for learning, adapting, and change, it expanded my thinking of the power of reflection with leaders and organizations.?

Giada Di Stefano proves reflection's significant role in learning and innovation within organizations.? This isn’t just about reminiscing; it’s an active process where insights are drawn, leading to better decision-making in the future.
